At Flowers Boutique by Lily, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements. Because flowers are perishable products, our refund and return policy differs from standard retail merchandise.
Fresh Flower Returns
Fresh flowers are perishable and cannot be returned after delivery or pickup. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of your flowers, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To request a refund or replacement, please email flowersboutique.lily@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the arrangement
- A brief description of the issue
We reserve the right to review each claim and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee the freshness of our floral arrangements for 4–5 days from the date of delivery or pickup when proper care instructions are followed.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Natural aging of flowers after the freshness period
- Improper care or handling
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Lack of water or failure to follow care instructions
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Fresh flowers
- Custom floral arrangements
- Wedding flowers
- Event florals
- Funeral arrangements
- Plants
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Personalized products
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Orders canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date are eligible for a full refund.
- Any deposit paid to reserve an order is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or change of plans.
- Orders canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date may not be eligible for a refund, as flowers and materials may have already been purchased and prepared specifically for your order.
- Custom, wedding, event, and funeral floral orders are subject to special cancellation terms and may require a non-refundable deposit.
By placing an order with Flowers Boutique by Lily, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
